Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Our practitioners are independent contractors who are compensated on a per-service basis. When an appointment is cancelled late or missed, it directly impacts their income and prevents another patient from using that time. We ask that you respect both our practitioners and fellow patients by keeping your appointments or providing adequate notice if you need to cancel.

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice: 50% of the appointment price will be charged to the card on file.

• Missed appointments (no-shows or cancellations made within 60 minutes of the appointment start time): The full appointment fee will be charged.

• Repeated late cancellations or no-shows: May result in the loss of booking privileges.

• By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. You further authorize Eminent Wellness to charge the credit card on file for any late cancellation or missed appointment fees in accordance with the terms above.

Scent-Aware Guidelines

To maintain a safe and comfortable environment for everyone, we ask all patients to be mindful of the scents they bring into our space. Many individuals experience health effects such as headaches, asthma, or allergic reactions when exposed to strong fragrances. Please avoid using scented products such as perfumes, colognes, heavily fragranced lotions, or body sprays when visiting our clinic.
